Training Code of Conduct

Basic rules and expectations.

Edmonton classes will commence each Sunday at 11am, which means you should be in the gym, changed and ready to train at 10:55am. Romford classes will commence each Friday at 7:30pm, which means you should be in the gym, changed, and ready to train by 7:25pm. If you intend to train on a certain week and know you will be late, please inform management prior to the start of the session to avoid any disciplinary action.

Disciplinary action is as follows
15 minutes late- 200 press ups, 200 squats
20 minutes late- 400 press ups, 400 squats
30 minutes late- 15 minutes of up downs
40 minutes and over- no entry into the session

At the Edmonton Academy, the LDN training ring will be assembled each week by a pre assigned ring crew selected at random from the trainees. ALL members of the selected ring crew are to attend for this duty. If ALL members of the ring crew are not in attendance and the ring is not assembled by 11am then the ring does not go up the following week.

At the Romford Academy, the LDN show ring will be assembled once a month by everyone present in the class. One those days, the class should be ready to assemble the ring by 6:25pm.

(A WRESTLING RING IS NOT A REQUIREMENT FOR A WRESTLING GYM. ITS A PRIVILEGE)

Training apparel is Trainers,amateur/professional boots.(addresses for these can be supplied at request) shorts/tracksuit bottoms, T-shirt/vest. Official LDN Training t-shirts will become available free of charge when you have reached a sufficient level as a trainee.

Personal hygiene levels are to be kept to a standard. (short fingernails, shower, clean training gear)

Bullying/racial/sexual harassment will not be tolerated.

If you have any existing health medical conditions, please inform the instructors.

Enter the training gym each week with a can-do attitude, as negativity slows learning prospects and creates an unpleasant environment for others.

Any concerns you may have about anything you are being instructed, approach LDN management or in attendance an instructor to discuss it.

Assistance on LDN show days is appreciated. There are many tasks that need to be manned, plus it will be good experience as potential professional wrestlers for you to understand the behind the scenes workings of things and how much effort goes in to running an event.

If you are booked on a trainee show, you must attend the 3 sessions prior to the event to retain your place on the bill. This is to ensure you put on a performance to the best of your ability. Also, you will be required to put promotional posters and flyers up for the event.

If approached by any representatives of professional wrestling that belong to outside of LDN, please refrain from discussing LDN related matters, and inform them to direct their inquires/requests to LDN management.

Use of LDN training or show footage online without consent from LDN Management is prohibited. (Youtube, social networking sites, etc) This is intellectual copyright material, and any infringement will be looked upon seriously.

As you are an LDN trainee you are a representative of LDN training, LDN, and ultimately professional wrestling in general. It is expected that you conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner on and off site. The goal of LDN training is to produce the next generation of British professional wrestlers, and to keep British wrestling within the UK alive.
