The A-Z of LDN Wrestling training

Do you want to be a professional wrestler?

It’s a lot of commitment, with 3 schools that are also nights where young adults go out. Do you have the passion to put wrestling in front of your social life? A lot of people sit there and think they do but the reality is the commitment is often not something many follow through.

So if you decide to give it a go, here is how you go about it.

As of 1st December we require all students to buy the first session of the LDN shop section on the website.

PRE TRAINING ADVICE

What to wear

Either wear shorts/tracksuit bottoms, trainers and t-shirt. Always bring a bottle of water to keep hydrated. It is recommended you don’t drink alcohol the night before.

ON THE DAY OF TRAINING

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the Romford or Staines classes or 45 minutes prior to the adults class on Sundays as all students are required to put the wrestling ring up.

Come with a positive attitude, it will be hard and you will feel like quitting but if you want to be a wrestler you will have the fight your way through it.
